By downloading or playing Wordscend you agree to these terms. They are meant to be short and fair. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent in your country) to make purchases in the app.

Your license to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Wordscend for your own enjoyment. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.

Purchases

• Wordscend+ is a one-time purchase tied to your App Store or Google Play account. It is not a subscription and never renews. You can restore it on any device signed in to the same store account via Settings → Restore purchases.
• Tips are one-time, consumable purchases. They are a thank-you and unlock nothing.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms — refund requests go through them, not us.

The game itself

We may update, change, or discontinue features (including the daily puzzle) at any time. The Wordscend name, design, and puzzles remain our property.

No warranty

Wordscend is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.

Privacy

How data is handled is covered by the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country you live in. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with an updated date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
